Michele is a wonderful PT instructor in every way. She works you to the max every session always considering your goals and what you would like to achieve from your sessions with her.
I had a back Issue with slight problems stopping me doing certain exercise for a while. Instead of giving up my sessions Michele worked out new routines and different ways of exercising without putting strain on my back. This enabled me to carry on with my new love of exercise.
She is also very knowledgeable in diet and carb cycling giving me help with ways to loose weight through the foods I eat aswell as the exercise.
I would recommend Michele to anyone who is considering a personal instructor
She makes you work extremely hard, but always puts a relaxed fun atmosphere in her sessions making you feel totally at ease with her.
She is worth every penny!!!
Give her a go... and start to reshape your body as I have, thanks to the hard work she always puts in.

Michele’s friendly and motivational attitude towards personal training makes me feel completely at ease whilst training. She always takes the time to show me how to execute exercises correctly which has helped a huge amount with my fitness progress.

I have been training with Michele since last June. Exercise has never been a “natural” thing for me but I knew the time had come to do something about it. Michele was recommended to me by a friend and after meeting Michele at a social event I knew that this was my opportunity to change. Michele has a friendly style and works within my limitations then pushes me to the next level. Michele is very personable and I never thought I would say this but I do now enjoy my training sessions. I feel very safe during the training sessions and Michele quickly adapts the activities we do to compensate for a previous shoulder injury which is now much improved following my training session with Michele. Nutrition advice has also helped my weight loss which is now over 2 stones since I started. My family and friends have noticed a difference in how active I am now and changes in my dress size. My only regret is not starting with Michele sooner. My advice is don’t wait give her a call Michele will change your life she has changed mine.

I would recommend Michele to anybody who is looking for a PT.
My goal was fitness and weight loss in a controlled and sustainable way.
Michele is very good at motivating (and i need motivating) and tailoring her training
sessions to meet your individual needs and Goals. Michele is everything you would look for in a PT, she encourages ,motivates and pushes
you when necessary and this has led me to achieve great results . I went from 22 stone to 15 1/2 stone with careful guidance from Michele using her nutritional strategy which is lose weight healthily.

I was apprehensive about using a P.T due to a pre-existing back and hip condition, however thanks to Michele’s knowledge and expertise I have a bespoke training regime that accommodates for this; I have already noticed a huge improvement in my posture and strength in these areas, along with the added bonus of losing 11 inches!
My sessions with Michele are always varied and enjoyable, she is extremely supportive and encouraging.
Michele has a wealth of knowledge regarding health, diet and fitness. I would highly recommend her.

I like training with Michele in that it is never the same thing, always varied, so my muscles can't get complacent. I like how Michele advises on exercise and diet to be tried outside of the PT session
I also really like how the session is tailored to individual goals. I could not do a single push up on toes at the beginning and now can do many. It’s always progressive.

Michele has been my PT instructor for approximately four months now. I train with Michele twice a week.
I have been suffering with mental health conditions for eleven years and I have been unable to work for seven years due to this. The medication I take for these conditions and due to the fact that I stopped working meant that I gained 4 stone in weight.
I decided that I wanted to become physically active to help support my mental health and to lose weight but needed support in doing this, so I began to work with Michele. She is a great PT instructor, easy to talk to and I feel comfortable around her. She is an inspiration to help me achieve my goals.
Michele has written and devised nutritional plans that should help me to continue along the path of losing weight (so far over 2 and half stone), improving my fitness levels and support my mental health journey.
So far, I have improved my motivation, lost over 18 inches and my mental health has been stable (had no hospital admissions). I am really thankful to Michele for supporting me on my journey to improve my all round well-being, physically and mentally.
