During your initial consultation, I will learn about what you want to achieve. We will set realistic timescales and agree some achievable goals.
This is all about you and the body-shape, fitness level or state of good health you would like to enjoy.
I will then create a bespoke programme of exercise, which you can follow with me in the studio, or in your own time between sessions. I can also provide nutritional advice to support your programme at no extra cost or more specific dietary advice at £40.00 to help kick-start your weight loss plan.
I work with all ages from 16 upwards and I am also qualified in 'Adaptive exercise for older people' - It is never too late!
