About Me I've been into fitness my whole life, starting training in our school gym at just 13 years old. I've held many interests over the years, including training for many years in Shotokan Karate (up to first Dan level,) walking the Inca Trail in Peru, taking on challenging peaks in Asia and taking part in team events such as charity bike rides, hiking and running. Fitness is a passion of mine but I strongly believe that you can start the journey at any age and any level of fitness. There are so many variations of exercise and so many options available to us. We need to nurture our bodies as we get older, make our bones strong, keep our blood pressure down and keep ourselves fit and mobile for when we reach our latter years. I'd love to help you achieve this and will support you throughout your programme. |
